Based on our clients needs, we may use cleaning subcontractors from time to time. Just as Lukie's Cleaning, L.L.C. is a fully insured cleaning company, our subcontractors need to be fully insured as well. There are no exceptions to this requirement. This does not include a company surety bond. A cleaning company surety bond is a different type of product , that is not required by us. If you are a subcontractor , please reach out to us if you have any questions regarding this requirement. Prior to being contracted by Lukie's Cleaning, due dilliegence is performed.
